Ordered sample of flooring twice, as the first one didn't arrive. Charged twice - received and wanted one. They called me to check delivery address and I said that I won't be home next day - they said that sb would call, didn't. Had to re-deliver on the next day.
On 04-Aug-2015 the supplier responded:Firstly apologies for the double charge on the sample, if you had called to let us know we would have re sent this for you free of charge, i will refund the extra sample charge as you should not have had to pay for this twice, I have spoken to the courier and these were sent as two parcels so when we called to check the delivery address your order was already out for delivery so no changes could be made, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Service rating : Although I have put good they failed to deliver on the Saturday because they did not put the order through and I am still waiting for a refund which is £60!Product : Ordered for hallway and daughter's bedroom and happy with the product.

Service rating : Delivery service is very poor. Do not believe the estimated 3 working day delivery. The office staff would not telephone back to give updates on delivery as I requested. On two separate occasions, I was assured a delivery for a Monday, one week after the product was ordered. Was informed by the delivery company that it would be on the Tuesday. Promises made but not delivered on, extremely poor customer service.Product : Very happy with product.

The delivery is an Average of three working days, When contacted by the courier company they informed us that they could not contact you by phone and were unable to book in for the monday as they will not just show up at your door without prior arrangement,
When i spoke to yourself i understood that you had been let down with your delivery date and assured this was delivered on a AM delivery the following day.

I received notification that my order was ready for collection. I organised colleagues with a van to help me. When they arrived to the store they were told nothing was ready and they could not collect anything for me despite having all paperwork and confirmations. I had to ask them to go again two days later. Not what i expected.

Got no contact. Got red flagged spending £300 and they didn't help on the purchase
On 09-Jul-2015 the supplier responded:Firstly you were contacted on 3 occasions to provide an authorisation code from your bank as our payment system had red flagged this order due to information being incorrect in relation to the billing details.
We have yet to be provided with this code and also the amount you have stated is well below the actual figure of the purchase.
We will never budge on our stance when it comes payments and customers, our system is in place to protect customers against fraud and whilst this may be an inconvenience to some people our customers appreciate the fact that we are looking out for them weather it be a fraudulent purchase or a simple address mistake which will always be cleared up by contacting your card issuer for the authorisation code.
